Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, account information, and general support needs
• Document customer interactions accurately within company systems
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Perform data entry and update customer records as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
• Meet productivity, attendance, and quality performance expectations

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or customer support experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required

Preferred Experience

• Call center or contact center experience
• Data entry and documentation experience
• Experience using CRM or customer management systems
• High-volume phone support experience
