Remote Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, account information, and general support needs
- Document customer interactions accurately within company systems
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Perform data entry and update customer records as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Meet productivity, attendance, and quality performance expectations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, or customer support experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required
Preferred Experience
- Call center or contact center experience
- Data entry and documentation experience
- Experience using CRM or customer management systems
- High-volume phone support experience
