Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will implement PT treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to improve strength, safety, and independence. You will document progress in EMR, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
