Contract | Full-Time | Days | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• May float to ED, Observation, and Medical-Surgical units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or compact nursing license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of ICU experience required
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to ED, Observation, or Medical-Surgical units
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity environments
