Subcontract Administrator

At Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, the Supply Chain team specializes in developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. The role supports development, production, and sustainment across multiple contract types. What you will be doing Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions for procurement. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders" conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals. Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts. Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Excellent communication skills. Microsoft Office experience. Experience in sales/negotiation/contracts/education. Desired Skills Experience procuring raw materials (metallic and non‑metallic), outside processing, and IT hardware. Supply chain experience. Critical thinking skills. Experience with SAP. Aerospace industry experience. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; the candidate must be a U.S. citizen. Clearance level: Secret. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $57,400 – $101,200 (excluding major metropolitan areas) or $66,000 – $114,425 (in major metropolitan areas). Bonus potential and incentive plan eligibility apply.
