PRN Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist
Assistant – In-Home Wellness
Locations: Bowling Green & Findlay, Ohio
Position: PRN / Flexible Schedule
We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join
our growing wellness team providing one-on-one, in-home wellness services to older adults in
the Bowling Green and Findlay areas.
This is a wellness-based position focused on helping clients maintain strength, mobility,
balance, confidence, and independence in the comfort of their own homes. This is a great
opportunity for a PT/PTA who enjoys working with older adults, values personalized care, and
wants a flexible position outside of the traditional insurance-based therapy model.
Responsibilities
• Travel to clients' homes to provide individualized wellness and exercise sessions
• Work one-on-one with clients on strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and endurance
• Provide functional exercise and fall-prevention programming based on the client's home
environment and individual goals
• Modify exercises based on each client's abilities and needs
• Educate and encourage clients on maintaining an active, independent lifestyle
• Identify opportunities to improve safety and mobility within the home
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and our wellness team
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while working independently in clients' homes
Requirements
• Current Ohio PT or PTA license in good standing
• PTAs must also hold a current personal training certification
• Must carry your own professional liability insurance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes within the Bowling
Green or Findlay service areas
• Experience working with older adults is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently
• Passion for preventative wellness, healthy aging, and helping older adults maintain their
independence
Schedule
This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling based on client needs.
In-home opportunities are currently available in Bowling Green and Findlay, Ohio, with the
potential for additional clients and hours as our wellness programs continue to grow.
This position is ideal for a PT or PTA looking for flexible supplemental income without the
traditional clinic environment, while building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients
and helping older adults remain active and independent in their own homes.
$26.6 - $39.9 per hour
