Job Order: Project Manager Position: Project Manager Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Job Summary The Project Manager will oversee mailing, printing, and production projects from start to finish. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with USPS regulations. Key Responsibilities Customer & Project Management Communicate directly with customers regarding project requirements, updates, and completion. Manage assigned projects from initiation through delivery. Determine appropriate handling of extra or leftover materials. Collaborate with other project managers as needed. Documentation & Work Orders Write job tickets and work orders with a high level of accuracy. Prepare inkjet, inserter, folder, and hand‑work instruction sheets. Create internal job folders with all relevant information for accounting. Pull list counts from list brokers. Postal & Production Tasks Apply working knowledge of USPS rules and regulations. Use postal software (BCC) to compute postage and generate required paperwork. Create inkjet address files in pre‑sort order. Operate Konica Minolta color and black‑and‑white digital printers/copiers to produce variable and static letters, postcards, and envelopes. Software Utilized BCC Mail Manager Software Suite Print Shop Mail Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft FoxPro Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with USPS regulations preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with digital printing equipment is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
