Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours Per Week | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

McGrath Dubuque Chevy is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our service team. This role is an important part of delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing safe, reliable transportation for service customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of our service department.

Requirements
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable driving in various weather and traffic conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You'll Do
• Greet customers arriving at the service department and provide a welcoming experience
• Safely shuttle customers to and from the dealership
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed for service appointments
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service drive and customer lounge
• Replenish coffee, refreshments, and customer amenities as needed
• Support the service department with additional transportation and customer service duties as assigned
