Quality Inspector

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team in Rockledge. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Finish Department supporting quality assurance and product excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quality Inspector Location: Rockledge, FL Pay Rate: $16.50 hourly Shift: 1:30PM-10:00PMwith some Saturdays/overtime required! What's the Job? Examine materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Support the organization's CARE values by promoting a culture of quality and safety Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records Identify, segregate, and handle non-conforming materials appropriately Perform on-the-spot touch-ups and rework as needed to ensure product quality What's Needed? Proficiency in geometric tolerances and understanding of quality standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications Ability to distinguish colors and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting over 50 lbs Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred What's in it for me?
