What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive outpatient adult internal medicine services, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of various conditions
- Conduct routine physical exams and health assessments
- Order and interpret laboratory and imaging diagnostics
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare team members for complex cases
- Supervise and mentor medical students, interns, and residents
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Participate in quality improvement and continuing medical education activities
- Serve as a primary care provider, managing wellness, preventive care, and chronic illnesses
What You Need
- MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S., Canadian, or approved foreign medical school
- Active, unrestricted medical license in California
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient or internal medicine experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
