Hospice Aide/HomemakerBring comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to patients during life's most meaningful moments. As a Hospice Aide/Homemaker, you'll provide hands-on support that helps patients maintain their quality of life while remaining in the place they call home. Through assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility, you'll help ensure each patient receives the care, comfort, and respect they deserve.This role is ideal for a caring professional who finds purpose in building meaningful connections and serving others with empathy and compassion. You'll develop trusting relationships with patients and families while working closely with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to support each patient's unique needs.
