DutiesHelpApply biopsychosocial evaluations to propose behavioral health interventions.Provide evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive, and motivational approaches.Provide primary care providers and staff regular and concise feedback on the status of referred patients, to include recommendations for team-based care.Implement psychoeducational classes to target high frequency diagnoses found in the primary care clinic.Document information in the electronic health record during patient encounters.
