The Cycle Counter plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for conducting regular and systematic counts of inventory items to ensure data integrity and support efficient production planning. The Cycle Counter collaborates closely with warehouse and production teams to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in using inventory software or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning and RFID technology.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience with cycle counting or inventory control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled cycle counts of inventory items in designated areas within the manufacturing facility.
• Verify inventory quantities and conditions against system records and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production personnel to investigate and resolve inventory variances.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all cycle counting activities and findings.
• Assist in updating inventory management systems to reflect accurate stock levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and control processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing all duties.
