Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasonographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work primarily with OB/GYN patients, performing a range of ultrasound scans, including routine and detailed fetal anatomy scans, follow-up OB, biophysical profiles (BPP), umbilical artery (UMB) and middle cerebral artery (MCA) Doppler studies, as well as first trimester, pelvic, sonohystrogram, and HyCoSy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform up to 8 ultrasound scans daily, including complex cases such as multiple pregnancies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in maternal-fetal medicine.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each patient encounter.
• Assist with patient positioning and provide comfort during procedures.
• Stay current with best practices in ultrasound technology and maternal-fetal health.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARDMS registration with an OB/GYN credential is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a large teaching hospital is necessary.
• Previous travel experience is required.
• Experience in performing various ultrasound procedures specific to OB/GYN is essential.
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable.
• BLS certification and ultrasound tech certification (equivalency) are required.
