Lidera y dirige al lder de mantenimiento, como a los tcnicos de mantenimiento en actividades de puesta en marcha de equipo de manufactura nuevo y transferido.

Supervisa y ejecuta las actividades del programa de mantenimiento preventivo para asegurar el funcionamiento adecuado del equipo.

Asegura los servicios generales al equipo y planta para su operacin. Dirige la instalacin y relocalizacin de equipo.

Es responsable de la asignacin de la mano de obra dentro de su rea de control.

Cuenta con alto sentido de urgencia para establecer prioridades.

Supervisa los trabajos de mantenimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad y producto en coordinacin con las distintas reas operativas.

Capacita a los tcnicos de mantenimiento en la operacin e intervencin de equipo de manufactura.

Desarrolla listados de refacciones crticas, analizando la taxonoma y estructura del equipo de manufactura y servicios.

Es responsable de que su equipo de trabajo siga los lineamientos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

Verifica la correcta redaccin de los reportes de actividades de mantenimiento durante su turno.

Asegura el orden y limpieza en las reas asignadas.

Asegura el arranque exitoso de cada turno de produccin.
