Production Team Partner – Truck Loader (Non-CDL)

Our Production Team is Kind of a Big Deal!

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will help keep our fleet moving by prepping our trucks for delivering products to customers. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:

• Load garments and additional facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveries
• Move delivery trucks within company property once they are loaded with products
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management

 

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record is required
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance
• Ability to lift and carry up 75 lbs

The estimated hourly pay for this position ranges from $15.25 to $19.06 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Geographic differentials may also apply depending on the position’s location. There is no application deadline for this role; recruitment will remain open until the position is filled.
