Travel Registered Nurse PCU jobs in Columbus, OH let you care for patients who need close monitoring and frequent assessment in a progressive care unit at the facility. You will use advanced monitoring equipment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients transitioning from critical care to medical-surgical units.To qualify, you need a current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is typically required, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is often preferred. Experience in acute care settings, such as telemetry or medical-surgical units, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems are essential.Recommended skills include strong critical thinking, communication, and the ability to interpret complex medical data.
