Roofing Sales Closer Opportunity (High-Performance Role)

We are Red Carpet Roofing Solutions , expanding our sales division and looking for experienced, high-performance sales professionals only .

This is not a training position.

We are hiring closers who already know how to run appointments and close deals in the field or high-ticket phone environments.

Compensation

• Performance-based earnings (uncapped)
• High-performing reps earn based on production
• Weekly pay structure

Top reps in this system consistently outperform traditional salary roles.

What you will do

• Run qualified homeowner appointments (roof inspections / storm restoration)
• Present roofing solutions and close deals
• Work leads and appointments provided
• Optional field prospecting only when needed (not primary focus)

This is NOT for you if:

• You need training on basic sales
• You are looking for hourly stability over performance pay
• You do not have experience closing deals or handling objections
• You are only interested in administrative or entry-level sales work

✅ We are looking for people who:

• Have proven sales or closing experience (roofing, solar, insurance, automotive, finance, etc.)
• Are comfortable working on commission-based income
• Can handle rejection and high accountability
• Know how to move a prospect from interest → decision
• Want a high-income, performance-driven environment

• Solar sales reps
