Brilliant Earth is seeking a Jewelry Sales Lead for our San Jose showroom. This full‑time, in‑person role guides customers through the luxury jewelry journey, leads a sales team, and helps teammates shine. You’ll meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional experience in our brand‑driven environment. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in luxury retail, coaching experience, and strong CRM and communication skills.
