We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven evening Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Westgate Dr & Route 27. This is not a typical shift lead position. Our evening leaders help operate one of the busiest and most fast-paced restaurants in the area while leading large teams during critical peak business hours. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work directly alongside your team to execute excellent operations, create a positive and energetic culture, and deliver remarkable guest experiences. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while receiving coaching and leadership development from experienced operators and leaders who are passionate about growing people. This role is designed for someone who wants to build long-term leadership skills and continue advancing into greater responsibility over time.

Your Impact Support and execute strong evening operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient close each shift Work across multiple areas of the restaurant to gain hands-on experience operating a high-volume business Lead and support team members during shifts, helping maintain a positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment Identify and encourage high-potential team members, supporting their growth and development Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence Deliver a remarkable guest experience through every interaction Ensure a safe environment for both team members and guests by upholding all safety and food safety standards
