To be eligible for this opportunity, you must be graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 and have a GPA of 3.2 or above. You should also have completed coursework in, or have experience with, Python, R, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Databricks, or another data programming language. Ideally, you'll have studies within Risk Management or a related field. But it’s not just about academics — we’re looking for someone who’s resourceful, team‑oriented, and full of energy. Purpose of the role To support the day‑to‑day operations of the risk division by monitoring the bank’s risk profile, identifying and managing risks and providing insights and expertise to support senior colleagues to make informed decisions. Accountabilities Execution of small research projects to support risk identification and strategic decision making. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate the findings to senior management. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives. Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Identification and management of risks including reviewing and challenging business propositions. Management of business and client relationships under steadily decreasing supervision. Support of risk management and decision making by using financial models and strategies.
