You'll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.What You'll Do\n\n \n Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)\n \n Collect data on treatment goals during each session\n \n Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans\n \n Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates\nRequirements\n\n \n High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.\n \n Reliable transportation\n \n Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred\n \n Experience and passion for helping children and families\nSchedule\n\n \n Part-time\n \n Flexible shifts, mostly afternoons/evenings\n\nINDRBT
