Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, focusing on identifying specific needs and objectives. \n
- Provide therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to individuals and groups. Address a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and stress management. \n
- Craft individualized treatment plans that include actionable goals and measurable objectives to track client progress and outcomes. \n
- Administer crisis intervention techniques and support strategies to clients encountering urgent or acute mental health issues. \n
- Educate clients about their mental health challenges, offering guidance on coping strategies and connecting them with community resources as needed. \n
- Document all client interactions with precision, maintaining accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance with HIPAA and other legal frameworks. \n
- Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions. \n
- Show cultural competence while working with diverse populations, respecting individual backgrounds and life experiences. \n
- Promote interprofessional collaboration by actively communicating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors for comprehensive care coordination. \n
You will work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, from children coping with behavioral issues to adults dealing with mental health disorders. Our patients often present with challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other chronic stressors. Your role will be crucial in guiding them through these difficulties, fostering resilience and coping skills.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). \n
- Proven clinical experience in providing mental health therapy. \n

- A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. \n
