Training Coordinator

Swig Support Team

The Training Coordinator supports the organization’s training and development programs and events by managing the back‑end administration and ensuring smooth execution of all initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing training deployment, tracking training metrics, and providing operational support to the broader training and development function. The Training and Development Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that training programs run efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall development and performance of employees. How You’ll Make an Impact: Coordinate and deploy training initiatives across the organization Track, monitor, and report on training completion, metrics, and outcomes Support the design, development, and delivery of training materials as needed Serve as a point of contact for team inquiries from employees and leadership Assist in scheduling and logistics for live or virtual training sessions Ensure compliance with training requirements and policies Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes and workflows Lead project management, including logistics of quarterly events and operational Change management initiatives. Travel up to 20% to store locations What You’ll Bring to the Role: Strong organizational and time‑management skills Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in tracking and reporting Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and related technology Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Problem‑solving and analytical skills to interpret training metrics Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment We use eVerify to confirm U.S. Employment eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
