Clinical Pharmacist Inpatient

Intermountain Health is seeking an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to provide evidence-based medication management for hospitalized patients. In this role, you will verify and optimize medication orders, participate in clinical rounds, monitor therapeutic drug levels, and support antimicrobial stewardship. You’ll educate patients and clinicians, ensure regulatory and formulary compliance, and promote medication safety.
