Data Analyst IV

Responsible for the analytic data needs of the business unit, the full-time remote Data Analyst IV will lead complex data projects, provide advanced analytical support across various data areas, and assist in driving business decisions based on data insights. Key responsibilities Handle complex data projects and lead other Data Analysts in providing analytical support for claims, provider data, member data, and clinical data Extract, load, model, and reconcile large data sets across multiple systems while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements Develop reports and deliver recommendations to management based on data analysis and operational impacts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare Experience managing projects or significant involvement in project implementation Strong technical programming experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Teradata Familiarity with care management, claims, or provider-specific data
