MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CARDIAC & NEURO PATIENTS AS ICU IS MIXED WITH BOTH. First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y Certs REQ: AHA BLS & ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles) Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) – N Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate Pending License accepted: (Y/N) N RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's Special Requirements: Epic experience required at a 3 or 4.
