We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will operate machinery, handle materials, inspect products for quality, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Operate production and material handling equipment as needed.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ensure machine guards and safety features are functioning properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through regular housekeeping activities.
- Perform basic maintenance and general upkeep within the work area.
- Adhere to all facility rules, policies, and procedures.
- Complete additional operational tasks and assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to lift, move, load, and unload materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
