Leasing Consultant Opportunity at Ironwood Apartments
Ironwood Apartments is seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you thrive on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping people find a place they are proud to call home, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be a key part of that mission, serving as the first impression for prospective residents while supporting current residents with professionalism and care.
What You'll Do
- Tour apartment homes and showcase community amenities to prospective residents
- Assist with leasing activities, applications, and resident file processing
- Prepare move-in documentation and support the move-in process
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Build positive resident relationships and contribute to resident retention
- Support occupancy goals through effective sales and follow-up techniques
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of apartment leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required
- Section 42 Tax Credit experience preferred
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
