Job Overview Hamilton Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapy Supervisor to oversee clinical operations, manage a team of PTs, and provide hands‑on therapy across all age groups. Responsibilities Evaluates pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Plans and implements treatment programs using standard physical therapy procedures. Performs the physical therapy practice a minimum of 50% of scheduled work time. Adapts clinical workload based on department needs. Provides administrative management of the department and educational activities, including budget, timecard, patient, and employee experience. Assists with scheduling, timecard, budget, and other departmental needs. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Three years of rehabilitation experience. Preferred Qualifications Supervisory experience. Master’s degree or clinical doctorate. Certifications and Licenses Licensed by the New Jersey State-DEP and registered by the ARRT (RT, R) (M). Scheduling Requirements Day shift. Full Time.
