Brass Ranch Retail AssociateA Brass Ranch Retail Associate will work in one of our retail venues. Qualified applicants must be knowledgeable of all product offerings and able to provide excellent customer satisfaction. The associate obtains or receives merchandise, totals bills, accepts payments and makes changes for customers or employees in retail stores by performing the following duties.Duties & Responsibilities:Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandiseWorks with customers and helps to style them in different looks and brandsParticipate in clinics with all brands to learn about the products we sellSet up advertising displays and arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote salesObtain or receive merchandise requested by the customerAnswer questions concerning location, price, and use of the merchandiseTotal price and tax on merchandise purchased by customer to determine billAccept payment and make the correct changeWrap or bag merchandise for customersClean shelves, counters, or tablesRemove and record the amount of cash in the register at the end of the shiftCalculate sales discount to determine the priceQualifications:Customer Service Experience Be able to stand for prolonged periods While performing this job, the employee must walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear Be able to safely move objects up to approximately 45 pounds about the workplace
