Summary Provide luxury in-gallery design consulting by assessing walk-in clientele and guiding them through product and service offerings. Collaborate with interior design teams to meet client needs and manage projects from initial contact through delivery. Build and maintain a strong client base while ensuring fiscal goals and gallery standards are achieved. Responsibilities Provide a luxury experience for gallery clientele through product expertise and elevated service Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve assigned sales goals Support visual and quality standards on the gallery floor and in the stock room Represent the brand through professional communication, appearance, and conduct Requirements Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing and movement on the gallery floor Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally or out of state preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
