District Sales Manager, Primary Care – CVRM - Phoenix, SOUTH.

As a District Sales Manager for the Phoenix, SOUTH – CVRM Primary Care team, you’ll lead a team of 8-10 sales professionals, translating our scientific capabilities into meaningful impact for patients.

District currently covers: Scottsdale, Chandler, Tucson East, Tucson West and Mesa.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, disease states and treatment guidelines in the primary care setting.
• Use sales metrics, market analysis and budget management insights to identify opportunities and guide strategic business decisions.
• Deliver consistent performance by identifying opportunities, adapting approaches when needed and coaching the team to execute strategic priorities.
• Coach and develop sales professionals to strengthen execution, performance and professional growth through regular field engagement and supplemental virtual coaching.
• Create a collaborative, inclusive and performance-driven team environment by setting clear expectations and providing the support needed to succeed.
• Identify growth opportunities and use market insights and customer feedback to shape innovative sales strategies.
• Enable the team to improve customer access and impact through an omnichannel selling approach that uses relevant technology.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional or a related industry
• 7+ years of demonstrated people-management experience
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Business acumen: Strong knowledge of market dynamics, including budget considerations, formulary access and healthcare provider engagement
• Coaching excellence: Ability to coach and develop sales professionals to strengthen customer engagement and support positive patient outcomes
• High-performing teams: Ability to set clear standards, establish accountability and enable strong team performance
• Growth and innovation mindset: Ability to foster learning agility and use technology and data insights to identify new opportunities

Desirable Requirements

• Prior product launch experience
• Clinical acumen: Deep understanding of CVRM pharmaceutical products, disease states and treatment guidelines in primary care
• Track record of building inclusive, collaborative and accountable teams through clear expectations, regular feedback and focused development
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility through transparent communication, consistent follow-through, constructive issue resolution and cross-functional partnership
• Experience using market insights and evolving customer needs to establish a clear vision, set priorities and adapt execution through changing market conditions

Compensation Information:

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 - $205,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
