CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Role & Responsibilities: Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high quality parts. Adjust tools, change inserts, and perform routine maintenance. Follow written instructions and check parts for conformance to blueprints. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and comply with safety regulations. Collaborate with supervisors, programmers, and support teams to resolve issues. Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a precision machining environment or CNC training. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience performing basic CNC machining operations—including changing inserts, touching off tools, and making offsets. Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Experience setting up horizontal lathes or mills. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Plus Experience with Okuma or Nakamura lathes or mills. Experience with Fanuc or Universal Robots (Fanuc robots). Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay rate depends on experience. Second shift differential of $4.50 per hour. Weekly attendance bonus of $1.25 per hour. Paid overtime opportunities.
