Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services a part of The Cigna Group is looking for Pharmacy Processing Technicians to join our team.

As a Pharmacy Processing Technician with Freedom Fertility, you will be assisting patients in receiving needed medications to help achieve their dreams of building a family. You’ll be empowered to engage patients, insurance companies, and multiple departments to process orders and ensure timely shipment of medications. This role is very detail oriented and you’ll spend the majority of your day working on our computer system.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday with the ability to work a rotating work schedule

• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST - 3 days per week
\ N
• 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST - 2 day per week
\ N
• Rotating Saturday shiftfrom 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST - 1 time a month
\ N
• Once training is completed, you will work at home 2 days a week from 9:00am-5:30pm EST
\ N

• Supporting pharmacological services by processing medications, liaising with insurance companies, communicating with patient's as needed
\ N
• Maintaining records by recording and filing the prescriptions and orders of patients
\ N
• Responding to the requests of facility managers and co-workers, answering their questions and referring various inquiries to the Pharmacists
\ N
• Complying with rules, regulations and procedures to help maintain a clean and safe pharmacy
\ N
• Undertaking administrative tasks such as record-keeping as assigned by a Pharmacist or facility manager from time to time
\ N
• Must be comfortable with handling patient calls as needed

What youneed to do the job:

• High School Diploma, or GED.
\ N
• 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician work experience.
\ N
• Valid MA Pharmacy technician license required by state laws. (National certification strongly preferred)
\ N
• Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills.
\ N
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication).
\ N
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
\ N
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\ N

\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\ N If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.\ N \n For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 - 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.\ N \n \n

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
