Overview Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys! Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments. Responsibilities Survey residential and commercial properties as assigned. Take photos of properties and record property details and overall condition. Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner with attachments. Submit survey reports online through the designated system. Requirements Reliable car to drive to inspections. Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer. Smartphone or digital camera and reliable home internet. Basic computer and communication skills.
