General Liability Associate Attorney We are seeking an experienced General Liability Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. The role focuses exclusively on third‑party general liability defense, representing insureds and carriers in bodily injury and property damage matters. First‑party property and workers’ compensation matters are not part of this position. Job Details We are seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of third‑party general liability matters from inception through resolution Defend insureds in premises liability, automobile liability, construction defect, and related tort claims Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and coverage‑related correspondence Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses for deposition and trial Attend hearings, mediations, and court conferences Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on strategy and case evaluation Maintain consistent communication with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel Qualifications 2–6+ years of experience in third‑party general liability defense Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar Strong litigation skills, including motion practice and discovery Deposition experience strongly preferred Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage deadlines and handle a caseload independently Professional, client‑focused demeanor with strong communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
