ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and is a strong, close-knit team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member, which gave me a solid foundation in both customer service and agency operations.

Im a graduate of UMKC with a B.A. and a proud parent of two. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the movies and staying active at the gym. We stay engaged in the community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and the Young Latino Professionals group.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mario Giraldo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
