Purpose and Mission

• Responsible for supporting process engineers by troubleshooting issues and implementing process improvements.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Change Over Equipment: Following procedures to change over machines as needed.
• Support: Assist process engineers in implementing process improvements
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in the production process to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process parameters, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.

Skills

• Proficiency in using and maintaining industrial equipment.

Previous Experience

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment, with experience in troubleshooting

Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
