Infusion Nurse

Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Beaumont, TX area. Join us in simplifying complex care. Evaluate and educate patient/care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy. Evaluate the home environment, identify interventions to ensure safety. Develop plan of care with team members and evaluate response to therapy with each encounter. Manage schedule via company‑approved platform and communicate changes promptly. Coordinate patient care via approved company platform. Participate in the nurse on‑call rotation to ensure continuous support. Document all patient encounters, communications, and care activities at time of service. Maintain strong knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards. Ensure timely submission of plans of treatment (POT) and required clinical documents per policy. Work with departments to ensure all required documents are completed and returned promptly. Schedule Part‑time, 30‑32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with willingness to work one Saturday per month. Must participate in an on‑call rotation. Must be knowledgeable of IV access devices (IV lines, ports, infusion medications). Must be able to drive up to 60 miles round‑trip (mileage reimbursement provided). Must be licensed as an RN in Texas. Requirements Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing. RN degree, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred. Advanced certification in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred. Participation in an on‑call rotation, nights and weekends included. Administrative oversight responsibilities: monitoring workflows, ensuring compliance, managing resources. Emergency availability during non‑standard hours, including nights, weekends, holidays. Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred. Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred. Valid state‑issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
