HR Administrative Assistant

Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for an Administrative Assistant in New Brighton, MN. This is a contract opportunity, offering weekly pay and a chance to expand your experience. What's in this position for you??

• Pay: $ 22.90/hr

• Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

• Weekly Paycheck

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Post customer receipts that are in unapplied status, which arrive via store collections, lockbox, Credit Card, ACH/EFT, scanner, remote cash deposits and wires.

• Coordinate all administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and preparing interview packages.

• Prepare employment offers, new hire paperwork, and onboarding documentation.

• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation schedules, welcome packages, system access requests, and workstation readiness.

• Partner with hiring managers to ensure onboarding activities are completed in a timely manner.

• Maintain recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and onboarding checklists.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, both electronic and paper.

• Process HR documentation including employment letters, employee status changes, and personnel updates.

• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as required.

• Order and maintain office, kitchen, and onboarding supplies, ensuring inventory is well stocked.

• Support day-to-day administrative functions to ensure the HR department operates efficiently.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 1+ years of Administrative experience, preferably supporting HR functions

• Must be highly organized with excellent communication skills

• Experience with MS Suite, HRIS experience strongly preferred

Pay Details: $22.90 per hour
