This position is responsible for data entry and support for the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and process forms for data entry Accurately enter data into corresponding fields from various assigned databases Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain additional information for incomplete documents Verify data and correct data when necessary Prepare relevant electronic reports as needed Working knowledge of spreadsheets (creating & using) & various reports End-user support for Electronic Health Record Create training materials, manuals, PowerPoint presentationsREQUIREMENTS:
