Warehouse Assistant Full-time Bristol, PA Company Overview: Privately owned since 1904, TESCO provides innovative products and solutions to the electric utility industry and is the largest manufacturer in our market niche. We manufacture hundreds of products including utility consumables, test equipment, safety equipment, enterprise software and more. We have offices in Ohio, the Philippines, and Canada with our headquarters and primarily manufacturing site in Bristol, PA. We are hiring for a reliable Warehouse Assistant for our main facility is Bristol, PA. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, hourly position. Key Job Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Verify the accuracy and quality of incoming deliveries. Receive inbound deliveries into WMS/ERP system. Label every product and place them in their correct locations. Keep a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory. Handle returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication. Convey purchasing requirements and keep data on the availability of products in short supply. Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products. Ensure production has the necessary materials to operate. Pick and maintain stock inventory for manufacturing using the forklift. Set up freight shipments and complete shipments in WMS/ERP. Book and complete international shipments in WMS/ERP. Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work area. Drive box truck to transport and deliver all orders on time. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Valid drivers license. Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Ability to follow directions and work well in a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Continuous standing, lifting, bending and pivoting. Good written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to use and interpret WMS/ERP. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Forklift experience preferred. Shipping and receiving experience preferred. Experience in manufacturing industry preferred. Completion of on-the-job training may be substituted for educational requirements.
