Spa Front Desk Sales Associate (Base Pay + Commission) At Hand & Stone, our mission is simple: make every visit the best hour of our guests' month. We provide training for motivated, customer-focused individuals who are eager to learn sales and guest experience skills. $14/hour base pay + uncapped commission. Position Summary The Front Desk Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while driving membership sales, booking appointments, and promoting spa services and enhancements. This role serves as the first and last impression for every guest and plays a key role in the overall success of the spa.
