About Kids’ League Kids’ League is a trusted after-school and summer program serving Westford families for nearly 30 years. We provide a fun, structured environment where children stay active, build friendships, build confidence, and explore their interests through sports, art, STEM, outdoor play, and more. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional to help us connect with more families and increase enrollment across our programs. Role Description This is a marketing and sales position focused on growth. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective families, building community relationships, managing tours, overseeing marketing efforts, and helping convert inquiries into enrollments. Success in this role will be measured through lead generation, tours scheduled, conversion rates, and overall enrollment growth. Position Details Part-Time: 15–20 hours per week Flexible schedule Some weekday afternoon availability (2:00 PM–6:00 PM) required Hybrid position (Westford office and remote work) Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective families Follow up consistently with all leads via phone, email, and text Schedule and conduct parent tours Answer parent questions and guide families through the enrollment process Build strong relationships with prospective families Track leads from first contact through enrollment Marketing & Lead Generation Manage social media content and engagement across key platforms Create and coordinate marketing campaigns to generate new leads Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns Support email marketing campaigns and program promotions Help maintain website content and enrollment information Build awareness of Kids’ League throughout the community Track advertising performance and return on investment Community Outreach Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations Represent Kids’ League at community events, fairs, and networking opportunities Generate leads through partnerships and outreach efforts Coordinate open houses, trial days, and enrollment events Analytics & Growth Implement and maintain systems for tracking leads, referrals, and advertising effectiveness Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website traffic and referral sources Track and report key metrics, including: \t\tu Leads generated \t\tu Tours scheduled \t\tu Enrollments \t\tu Conversion rates \t\tu Advertising performance Conduct competitive research and monitor local childcare and after-school program trends Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and enrollment growth Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable speaking with parents and community partners Self-motivated and able to work independently Results-driven mindset with strong follow-through Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, enrollment, or business development preferred Experience with social media marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or CRM systems is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
