Reliability is paramount; regular and predictable attendance is crucial to the team's success. Candidates should have the flexibility to work a minimum of two weekdays and Sunday's. For this position, candidates must have availability from 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM. While grocery and retail experience is preferred, exceptional communication skills and a highly motivated demeanor are key to fostering a positive customer experience. Ideal team members are collaborative and capable of working independently when required.Multitasking, focus, and efficiency are essential as you navigate various responsibilities throughout the day. Additionally, candidates must be physically prepared to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods, and they should either have the ability to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting employment.
