HR Director: Lead People Services for a New Hospital

Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Director of People Services to lead all HR functions for the new facility opening in spring 2027. You will oversee recruiting, orientation, training, benefits, safety and workers' compensation, and payroll, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
