Are you a sales-driven leader who lives for the close and loves fitness? An established boutique fitness studio in San Diego is looking for a Studio Manager to take our community from its current foundation to 200+ members.

You’ll be the face of the studio. You’ll be just as comfortable closing a new member at the front desk as pitching a corporate wellness partnership, running a pop-up at a local run club, or working with our trainers to deliver a five-star class. Your income grows with the studio, and there’s no cap.

What you’ll do

• Sales & growth: own the full sales cycle, from first lead to first class to membership. Follow up every lead within 24 hours and convert intro clients before their intro ends.
• Community outreach: be our brand ambassador. Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, sports teams and corporate wellness programs, and run pop-ups and studio events that fill classes.
• Marketing: partner with our marketing agency on paid social and campaigns, and make sure every lead is worked, tracked and closed.
• Front of house: lead the desk during peak class times, so every visit feels premium and every guest leaves with a next step.
• Retention: run freeze, cancellation and renewal conversations, and build relationships that keep members for years.
• Leadership: support and schedule a team of talented trainers, and make the studio a place great coaches want to work.
• Operations: scheduling, reporting, retail and day-to-day problem solving.

What you bring

• 2+ years in sales-driven roles, ideally in boutique fitness, wellness or hospitality
• A proven record of hitting membership and revenue targets, ideally in high-ticket sales
• Confidence in a room: you start conversations, ask for the sale, and follow up relentlessly
• Comfortable with technology and eager to use CRM, AI and data tools
• Pilates, functional-fitness or instructor background a plus

Schedule
40 hours per week, including some weekend mornings and occasional community events. Salaried, non-exempt position: you’ll record your time and take breaks.

Compensation & commission

• Base: $45,000–$52,000
• Commission: uncapped, focused on new member sales, retention, and milestone bonuses
• Target total earnings: $60,000–$80,000+
