Compensation:
Base pay is $20.00 per hour tips
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast friendly and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee tea food and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable including working in our kitchens to make food to order
- Keep our spaces clean safe always ready for guests and teammates
- Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
- Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each stations needs.
- Follows health safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in coffee food service or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable punctual and available for nights weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
