About the role: * As a Flagger / Traffic Safety Technician (TST), you work with a team at job sites. No experience or degree is needed. Safety comes first—always. We train you. We support you. We help you build a career. Job Description * Setting up cones, signs, and barricades and taking traffic control equipment down * Using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic, watching traffic and job site activity * Following all safety rules taught in training * Communicating with your crew and supervisor * Helping keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe * Working outside all year, in all weather * Shifts may change based on job needs: Some nights, weekends, or emergency work may be required * You may stand or walk 8 to 12 hours per shift * We give you a hard hat, safety goggles, a safety vest, safety whistle, walkie talkie, and cold/hot weather gear: you bring your own steel toe safety boots that go above the ankle. Qualifications * Able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods * Able to lift 40-50 pounds * Willing to work in traffic and changing weather * Flexible schedule; Show up on time, every shift * Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test (this is a safety sensitive job) * Stay alert around moving traffic and follow all safety rules all the time * Treat coworkers, clients, and the public with respect Additional Information * Full time, $18/hour * Comprehensive benefits package including three medical plan options and two dental plan options, along with additional benefits such as Legal and Identity Shield, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage. * Eligibility for benefits starts on the 1st of the month following your hire date. * Company-paid life insurance coverage. * Company-paid long-term disability (LTD) insurance. * Availability of Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). * Participation in the 401(k) retirement plan. * Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
