About the Role

• Collaborative team of 2"3 physicians per office

• Monday"Friday schedule, plus 1"2 Saturdays per month (rotated among providers)

• Average 25 patients per day in a walk-in primary care setting

• Focus on same-day access "we prioritize making quality healthcare easy and immediate for families and individuals

• Comprehensive care: Family practice, internal medicine, and urgent care all under one roof

• Strong referral network connecting you to top local specialists as needed

• Work across seven Long Island offices , with Bay Shore as one of our vibrant hubs

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $220,000"$250,000, reflecting experience and credentials
